ATIS Group
ATIS Group is the largest door and window fabricator in Eastern Canada and one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of windows and doors throughout Canada with plants in Quebec, B.C and Alberta. Cornerstone and a U.S. equity fund acquired ATIS in 2004. Originally known as Focus Doors and Windows the holding company named was changed in 2005. ATIS originally included several window companies including Laflamme, Solarcan and Unicel. In 2005 Unicel was sold but ATIS did add-on acquisitions consisting of four additional companies : Vimat, Melco, Plastimont and Lavaltrie. In 2006 ATIS acquired three more companies including Allied Windows, Bestway and Extrusions SP. The acquisitions of Allied and Bestway allowed ATIS to expand across Canada.

ATIS has a broad product line including : (1) vinyl new construction, (2) vinyl replacement windows, (3) vinyl hybrid windows made of vinyl with aluminum exterior cladding, (4) wood windows, (5) wood windows with aluminum exterior cladding, (6) aluminum commercial windows, and (7) exterior door systems.

ATIS sells its products through multiple channels of distribution such as : (1) big box retailers, (2) wholesale dealers, (3) direct to builders, (4) direct to homeowners through company stores as well as through its telemarketing center, and (5) direct to commercial builders and contractors.

RAD Technologies
RAD Technologies is leading manufacturer of industrial equipment and attachments for snow removal and general ground maintenance used along with commercial compact tractors (generally smaller tractors with 18-40 horsepower). The Company also manufactures pull-type spraying equipment used in fertilizer applications and power washing equipment

Stanek Vinyl Windows
Stanek Vinyl Windows manufactures, markets and installs a complete line of vinyl replacement windows including double hung, casement, sliders and awnings. Since its inception in 1988, Stanek has developed a strong marketing program based on a high-end, quality product. Window Technologies, LLC
Window Technologies, LLC is a high-end wood window manufacturer located in Lincoln, Nebraska. It markets its products directly to home builders as well as to window dealers who sell to builders involved in the construction of "higher priced" new homes. The Company also sells its products directly for renovation and commercial projects through dealers on a national basis. The Company utilizes its own sales force as well as manufacturer's representatives who cover the following markets: Nebraska, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine. Furthermore, the Company has successfully penetrated the Northeast where it has sold a number of commercial projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont and New York.
